Position Requirement:

• Academics: SC/HSC, or Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Tourism and Hospitality management or in any related field
• Experience: Experience in working as sales or public relations, preferably in the hospitality or travel industries would be an advantage.
• Salary Scale: Depending on qualifications, experiences and potential skills

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Answer customer inquiries via various contact channels
• Direct customers to online resources.
• Develop a rapport with customers.
• Reply to queries via email and other written channels
• Basic knowledge of office package and equipment
