Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Search Specialist with intermediate-level experience in managing Search Engine Advertising (SEA) campaigns. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving online visibility and performance through paid search strategies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across various platforms, ensuring maximum ROI and alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Management:
o Develop, manage, and optimize SEA campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and other search engines.
o Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, and bid strategy management to meet campaign objectives.
Performance Analysis:
o Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics such as CTR, CPC,CPA, and ROAS.
o Provide regular reports with actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
Budget Management:
o Efficiently manage campaign budgets, ensuring optimal spend allocation and minimizing wastage.
A/B Testing:
o Design and implement A/B tests for ads, keywords, and landing pages to continuously improve performance.
Collaboration:
o Work with creative, analytics, and development teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with overall marketing strategies and goals.
o Liaise with clients (if applicable) to understand their objectives and deliver results-driven solutions.
Tool Utilization:
o Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads Editor, and third-party platforms for campaign tracking and optimization.
Trend Analysis:
o Stay updated with industry trends, algorithm changes, and new ad formats to keep campaigns competitive.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 2 - 3 years of hands-on experience managing SEA campaigns.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and analytics platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret performance data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Google Ads certifications are a plus.
