About the job Customer Service Assistant
Unicorn MSJ is seeking to recruit a dedicated & passionate Customer Service Assistant for its Customer Service Department.
Key Responsibilities:
- To collect feedback from our customers on our service level and escalate same to the Head of Customer Service for action.
- Respond to customers enquiries and complaints within 2 working days.
- Ensure proper handling of all customer complaints received by conducting investigation as per laid down procedure.
- Ensure accuracy of data entries relating to complaints received and to properly categorise on the system for proper action.
- To send a weekly report of all complaints attended to and their status to direct reporting line.
