Job Overview

As the architect of the marketing strategy, the Marketing Manager will spearhead digital marketing initiatives, oversee brand-building efforts, lead content creation, and manage social media campaigns to enhance brand visibility and drive revenue. The role involves crafting innovative campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and ensuring a seamless and consistent customer journey across all touchpoints. 

The Marketing Manager will also guide our client in an exciting rebranding journey, positioning the company as a modern, customer-centric, and industry-leading hospitality brand. Reporting directly to the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), the Marketing Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage a talented in-house marketing team, and oversee relationships with external agencies to deliver high-impact results.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership:

  • Develop, implement, and oversee the annual marketing strategy for the Client's Groups portfolio.
  • Align marketing plans with overall business goals, ensuring cross-functional collaboration between sales, operations, and revenue teams.
  • Monitor competitive activity, market trends, and consumer insights to adapt strategies.

Digital Marketing:

  • Plan and execute paid digital campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads, display, and
  • remarketing) to achieve lead generation and revenue goals.
  • Optimize SEO/SEM strategies and improve organic rankings for the client websites.
  • Manage email marketing campaigns, including automation, segmentation, and A/B testing.

Brand Management:

  • Lead the client rebranding initiatives, ensuring consistent application of the new identity across all channels.
  • Develop strategies to strengthen brand positioning and market perception.
  • Collaborate with the Brand & Content Executive to produce high-quality branded materials.

Social Media Oversight:

  • Guide the Social Media Specialist in designing campaigns that enhance engagement, visibility, and follower growth.
  • Supervise influencer partnerships and community engagement programs.

Data-Driven Decision-Making:

  • Analyze and interpret performance metrics to continuously refine marketing efforts and achieve measurable outcomes.

Team Leadership:

  • Inspire and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a dynamic culture of creativity, collaboration, and results.
  • Set KPIs for team members and evaluate performance regularly.

Innovation:

  • Stay ahead of trends in hospitality, marketing, and technology to ensure the Group remains at the forefront of the industry.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Certifications in digital marketing, SEO, SEM, or analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, or Facebook Blueprint) are highly desirable.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of proven experience in a senior marketing role, with significant experience in digital marketing (SEO, SEM, PPC, analytics, and email marketing).
  • Demonstrated success in brand management and rebranding initiatives, including overseeing creative direction and collateral production.
  • Hands-on experience in content strategy development and social media campaign management.
  • Strong background in working with cross-functional teams and managing diverse marketing projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Previous experience in hospitality industry is a significant advantage.
