Role purpose:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Operations Coordinator to join an amazing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and contributing to the overall growth and success of the company.
Responsibilities:
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industries for
business development.- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry contacts.
- Develop and execute strategies to generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions for clients.
Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and contracts to prospective clients.
Track and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Stay updated on industry developments and best practices to continuously improve business development strategies.
Prioritizing client retention and nurturing continuous sales relationships
Helping in the Operation Team as and when required
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in business administration, marketing, or related experience.
- Valid Driving license (compulsory)
- Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or related roles.
- Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in any CRM software.
