  • Replenish and stock mini bars in guest rooms according to hotel standards, ensuring that all items are fresh, well-organized, and accurately priced.
  • Handle the delivery and setup of mini bar items with attention to guest preferences and room requirements.
  • Respond to guest requests and ensure that all mini bar services are delivered in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks of mini bar stock, including beverages, snacks, and other items.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, usage, and any discrepancies, reporting them to the appropriate department.
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the purchasing department to reorder supplies as needed.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and requests related to the mini bar promptly and courteously.
  • Offer recommendations on mini bar items and handle special requests or adjustments as needed.
  • Complete necessary paperwork and documentation related to mini bar service, including inventory logs, guest charges, and maintenance reports.
  • Report any maintenance issues or equipment malfunctions to the appropriate department for resolution.

Experience and Qualifications

  • Have a minimum SC or equivalent certificate.
  • Be conversant in French and English languages.
  • Be willing to do overtime and work on weekends.
  • Maintain a good hygiene.
  • Be available in case of emergency.
  • Have a clean Certificate of Character.
  • Experience in a similar work environment would be an advantage.
