Job Purpose:
The job incumbent shall be responsible for performing minor and major repair of all buildings and equipment.

Key duties:

• Perform minor and major repair of all buildings and equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance procedures on building mechanical equipment on a scheduled plan.
• Report any defective equipment or non-conforming condition and bring corrective action.
• Responsible for the completion of all maintenance service requests as assigned.
• Ensure all emergencies are dealt properly and accurately.

Qualifications and Skills:

• NTC 3 certificate or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar field.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a team player.
