Job Purpose:
The job incumbent shall be responsible to take patient and visitor food orders in a timely manner and in accordance to prescribed diets.

Key duties:

• Take menu orders assigned for both patients and attendants.
• Responsible for accuracy of diet planning which is prescribed by the dietitians.
• Monitor diet changes and new admissions.
• Answer phone calls pertaining to menu orders, changes, feedback and complaints.
  

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum HSC qualification.
• 1 Year experience in the Hospitality/Healthcare Institute.
• Basic Computer Literate.
• Strong knowledge of food handling procedures.
• Good communication in English and French.
• Interpersonal Skills.
