Senior Content Editor

Role Overview:

As a Senior Content Editor, you will be responsible for maintaining our clients' digital platforms using various content management systems. You will also create new content pages and applications, often as part of content migration projects from one system to another. This role demands a strong focus on quality, attention to detail, and proactive communication with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update digital platforms for clients through diverse content management systems.
• Develop new content pages and applications, including migrating content between systems.
• Review client briefs, ensuring completeness and clarity; follow up with clients for any missing information or discrepancies.
• Demonstrate consulting skills by offering solutions when client requirements are unclear or impractical.
• Perform rigorous quality checks on your work before submission to QA management, ensuring 100% accuracy and consistency.

Requirements:

• Proven experience working with content management systems, such as in roles like content manager, community manager, or online editor.
• Ability to quickly adapt to new tasks and tools.
• High resilience and calmness under changing circumstances or unexpected situations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of German is an advantage.
• Strong consulting skills with a focus on solution-oriented thinking.
• Attention to detail, from minor grammatical errors to complex technical issues like 404 errors or incorrect pricing.
• Pragmatic and service-oriented mindset with a high commitment to quality standards.
• Efficient and timely task management without compromising on quality.
