Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the business plan for long-term value.
Align subsidiary objectives with global mission and strategic goals.
Financial Performance: Lead financial management, achieving P&L and balance sheet
targets. Implement financial controls for sustainability.
Business Development: Identify and pursue new opportunities and strategic partnerships to expand market presence.
Brand & Customer Experience: Align brand positioning with global strategy and enhance customer satisfaction through market feedback.
Operational Excellence: Oversee implementation and improvement of Global Service
Network (GSN) and company policies, ensuring compliance with governance and risk management.
People Leadership: Inspire and manage teams, fostering engagement and a high- performance culture aligned with company values.
Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure compliance with legal and fiscal
requirements, maintaining high corporate governance standards.

Operational Timeliness: Adherence to budgeting, reporting, and strategic milestones.
