About the job Client Manager
To ensure a premium service to our customers and a smooth, accurate and timely flow of communication between customers and our Technical Dept for an efficient and effective follow up of repairs, replacement and installations.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
To undertake an efficient and personalized reception of customers queries as per established standard
To deal promptly and efficiently with customer complaints
To coordinate with all relevant parties to ensure that the work delivery standard corresponds to the customers expectations
To perform a thorough verification and pre-intervention investigation of Customer Machines as per established procedures and secure customer approval for all remedial work to be carried out.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
HSC
At least 2 years experience in a customer-facing environment.

Excellent communication skill
Effective listening and problem-solving skills
Excellent planning and organization skills
High sense of commitment
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadline
