We are looking for Technicians for our workshop based in Phoenix.

What will be your role:

We are looking for Technicians who will be assisting the Operations department to install and maintain billboards. This will include installation of advertisements, maintenance of structures, and the construction/upkeep of billboard aesthetics. You will be expected to adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines during installation and maintenance activities. You will also be expected to communicate with the Team Leader when necessary to address any concerns or requests related to Billboards and represent the company in a professional and customer-focused manner.

Being a Team Player with a great personality is a requisite!

What are the requirements:


  • Prior experience in billboard installation, maintenance, or a related field is a plus.

  • Ability to climb heights and work at heights in various weather conditions.

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Knowledge of basic electrical systems and construction techniques.

  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Qualification minimum Form 5

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment and materials.

  • Comfort with climbing ladders and working at elevated heights.

  • Physical dexterity for manual tasks.


Preference will be given to candidates who reside in or near Phoenix & Plaines Wilhems.
