We are seeking a motivated and skilled Junior Quantity Surveyor and Project Control with three years of post-university experience to join our dynamic team. This role combines the responsibilities of quantity surveying with project management, requiring a balance of technical expertise and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Quantity Surveying:
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for projects.
- Conduct cost analysis, manage contracts, and control project costs.
- Evaluate and process payment applications and change orders.
- Perform risk assessments and provide financial forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Project Control:
- Assist in the planning, coordinating, and executing projects from inception to completion.
- Monitor project progress and manage resources effectively.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
- Identify and resolve issues or delays that may affect project timelines.
- Prepare and present project reports and documentation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying and project management.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., RICS) are a plus.

Salary range: 25,000 - 35,000
The role is primarily Working From Home (not based in Tamarin) but the selected candidate will be required to travel for meetings.
