Administration Responsibilities

You will be the key point of contact between our organisation and the stakeholders, dealing with correspondence and phone calls and carry out all administrative duties. Additionally, you will also be in charge of the wellness of the employees and be the point of contact for all employees’ queries and assist with payroll as well as any other HR related tasks.

Accounts Responsibilities

You will assist the Senior Accounts Officer with data entry, updating receivables’ & payables’ accounts, participate in month end account closing activities and maintain files and documentation thoroughly, in accordance with Company Policy and accepted accounting practices.

Being a Team Player with a great personality is a requisite!

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Partly qualified ACCA or Equivalent;

  • At least 1 year experience in related field;

  • Analytical, problem-solving and interpersonal skills;

  • Organizational and Time Management skills;

  • Team-oriented work ethics.

Salary range : Rs 19,000 to Rs 23,000 depending on experience plus bus fare

Days : Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 17:00
