Job Purpose:

The Logistics Manager will oversee and manage the overall logistics operations, ensuring efficient, cost-effective processes and a high level of customer satisfaction. The role aims to drive growth and enhance the company's market share through strategic planning, staff development, and compliance with international standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and submit sales, marketing, and development plans within set time frames.

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities to expand the company's portfolio and market share.

  • Create and execute sales visit plans to build strong customer relationships.

  • Establish and maintain a customer database for short-term and long-term traffic goals.

  • Coach and mentor staff supporting the Logistics Department.

  • Set and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for staff performance and development.

  • Ensure compliance with international supply chain and logistics regulations.

  • Foster a positive, respectful work environment and promote effective teamwork.

  • Perform any other duties assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics management or a related field.

  • Strong strategic planning and organizational skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Proficiency in logistics software and tools.

  • Knowledge of international supply chain regulations and compliance.

  • Leadership and coaching capabilities.

  • Positive mindset with humility and respect towards all staff.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
