TALENT ACQUISITION REPRESENTATIVE

We are presently seeking dynamic and resourceful people to join our Talent Acquisition team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• To prescreen the applications received in the ATS.
• To perform telephone screening of applicants
• Update accordingly the application status in our ATS.
• To send and monitor the assessment stage.
• To send daily report on the pipeline and overall status of the tasks allocated.
• To meet the required daily targets by MGT.

ATTRIBUTES

• Min HSC holder.
• Bilingual profile English and French at C1 level.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Previous experience in recruitment is a plus (bulk).
• Good knowledge of the BPO and Call Center environment.
• Flexibility to work odd hours.
