Job Purpose:

The job incumbent shall be responsible for the general maintenance and repairs of HVAC equipment and systems.

Key duties:

• Follow all periodic maintenance and servicing schedule for the various HVAC services equipment in the Hospital.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of various HVAC equipment.
• Maintain records and files on equipment repairs and inspection activities.
• Establish and maintain cordial relations with manufacturers, suppliers and Hospital user departments to expedite information exchange and timely attention and response. 
• Use tools and equipment with regards to established Health and Safety rules

Qualifications and Skills:

• NTC 3 in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration. 
• Minimum 2 years of experience in similar field.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Good communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to work on shifts and flexible.
