Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and record financial transactions related to expenses, income, and other financial activities.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data entered into the accounting system.
  • Account Reconciliation.

  • Reconcile bank statements and financial accounts associated with the company.

  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.

  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports.

  • Generate and analyze financial statements to provide insights to the management team.
  • Track and manage the company related expenses, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints.
  • Work with relevant stakeholders to streamline cost-effective solutions.

  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company financial policies.

  • Maintain organized and up-to-date documentation of financial records.

  • Provide financial insights to support decision-making processes

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Experience:

  • Previous experience in an accounting or finance role is a plus.
