Job Purpose:

The job incumbent shall be responsible for providing high standards of customer service at Café and Canteen.

Key duties:

• Provide high standards of customer service (both service and cashiering duties) at Café and Canteen.
• Ensure strict adherence to customer service, safety standards, hygiene, sanitation and tidiness at all times while performing the related duties. 
• Checks with customers to ensure that they are enjoying their meals and take corrective actions where necessary.
• Always promotes upselling of food products.
• Ensure that a good image of the company is being displayed at all times by dealing courteously with customers.
  

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum Secondary Education.
• A minimum of 1-year experience in a similar position.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Good communication and numerical skills.
• Customer focus and attentive to details.
• Ability to work on pressure and shift system.
