About the Role:

As an Operations Administrator, you will help keep the company running smoothly. You'll support the operations team with tasks like managing stock, handling paperwork, coordinating logistics, and helping with reporting. You'll also make sure legal and regulatory documents are filed correctly and that our advertising structures meet official rules.

Your Main Tasks:

  • Help create and update company procedures and policies

  • Assist with budgeting, planning, reports, and audits

  • Monitor and manage stock levels

  • Assist with getting quotations and managing purchase documents (POs, delivery notes, invoices)
  • Support logistics coordination

  • Fill out and update operations checklists

  • Help prepare and send reports

  • Keep the asset register updated

  • Support field operations with asset information

  • Help in business development tasks

  • Handle documents and legal compliance related to advertising (MRA/RDA)

  • Communicate regularly with MRA and RDA

  • Follow up on contracts and payments with landlords

  • Build good relationships with landlords to get the best rental terms

  • Help improve communication between workers and management

  • Support a positive and high-performing work culture
