Sales and Marketing Representative

Job Description:

We are seeking a Sales and Marketing Representative skilled in strategic selling, market analysis, and client engagement. The key focus areas include strategic marketing, client relations, and sales efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify new business opportunities.

• Provide daily updates on sales activities, client feedback, and market trends to management.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.

• Guide customers through their experience, ensuring satisfaction from inquiry to post-purchase.

• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals.

• Negotiate deals to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.

• Continuously learn about the products offered to provide knowledgeable support.

• Adhere to company processes to maintain consistency and effectiveness in sales operations.
• Maintain consistent communication with clients post-sale to foster long-term relationships.

• Approach every interaction with integrity, honesty, and a positive attitude.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree or equivalent in Marketing, Business, Sales, or Communications.

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hardware industry.
• Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

• Valid certificate of character and driving license.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to build rapport and foster client relationships.

• In-depth knowledge of hardware products or willingness to learn.

• Detail-oriented with the ability to follow processes and report accurately.

• Positive, motivated, and proactive approach to customer service

Employment Type: Full Time

• Monday to Friday: 8:15 AM to 5:00 PM

• Saturday: 8:15 AM to 12:00 PM
