Position Overview:

As a Guest Relations Officer for Azuri village, you will play an essential role in ensuring the safety and security of property and assets within the Azuri common areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Surveillance:Proficient use of CCTV systems to monitor estate perimeters, identify irregularities, and report incidents to the Guest Relation Supervisor.
  • Patrol & Roster: Under advice of the Guest Relation Supervisor perform regular patrols, ensure safety of residents and Estate properties, observe and report security/safety breaches.
  • Guest Relations: Welcome and guide residents, owners and guests politely, handle queries, maintain professional conduct.
  • Procedures: Always follow procedures.
  • Observations and reports: Log incidents accurately and report them in a timely and confidential manner to the Guest Relation Supervisor
  • Crisis Management:Calm and effective response to emergencies or unexpected situations. Respond quickly to emergencies.

Working Conditions

  1. The role requires working outdoors in various weather conditions and during extended hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
