Are you a results-driven sales professional with a consultative mindset and experience managing corporate clients? We are looking for a Corporate Sales & Account Executive to manage end-to-end sales activities and build long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Customer & Account Management

  • Handle incoming enquiries via email, phone, WhatsApp, and meetings.

  • Advise corporate clients on product selection, customisation options, and delivery timelines.
  • Build, manage, and grow long-term corporate client relationships.

Sales & Business Development

  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to confirmed orders.

  • Achieve assigned sales targets and performance KPIs.

  • Reactivate dormant customers and develop new corporate accounts.

  • Propose and implement initiatives to improve sales performance and conversion rates.

Quotations, CRM & Order Processing

  • Prepare and issue quotations using a structured pricing process.

  • Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.

  • Follow up on quotations to maximise conversion.

  • Ensure full payment is received before order processing.

  • Submit complete and accurate order details to Operations.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Sales, Management, or a related field.

Experience

  • Relevant experience in sales, corporate account management, or customer-facing roles.

Skills & Knowledge

  • Strong understanding of B2B sales and consultative selling.

  • Commercial awareness (pricing, margins, payment terms).

  • Experience with CRM systems and structured sales processes.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong organisational and time-management abilities.

Other Requirements

  • Valid driving licence (mandatory).

  • Willingness to attend client meetings and events when required.
