  • Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 17:00
  • Saturday: 08:00 – 12:00

Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable and motivated ICT Support Technician to provide technical support and assistance to end-users. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting IT, network, and communication systems to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first- and second-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
  • Install, configure, and maintain IT, network, video conferencing, and voice systems
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues remotely and on-site

  • Monitor system performance and ensure system availability and reliability

  • Assist with IT and AV projects, system upgrades, and new installations

  • Maintain accurate documentation, user guides, and asset records

  • Ensure compliance with data protection, security, and company policies

  • Deliver basic user training and technical guidance when required

Requirements

  • Diploma or certification in IT, Computer Science, Networking, or a related field

  • Previous experience in an ICT support or technical role is an advantage

  • Basic knowledge of networking, hardware, operating systems, and common business applications
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

  • Good communication skills and a customer-service-oriented mindset

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
