Main Responsibilities:

• Prepare and craft a variety of sushi dishes (nigiri, maki, sashimi, etc.)
• Set up and maintain a clean and organized workstation
• Ensure strict compliance with hygiene and food safety standards
• Contribute to the overall quality, taste, and presentation of the dishes

Required Profile:

• Minimum of 1 year of proven experience as a sushi chef
• Formal training in Japanese cuisine or sushi preparation
• Strong attention to detail, cleanliness, precision, and speed
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment
• Candidates residing in the central region will be given priority
