Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional assistance
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products
  • Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system
  • Handle cash, card payments, refunds, and exchanges in line with company procedures
  • Maintain store cleanliness, product displays, and visual merchandising standards
  • Replenish stock, label merchandise, and ensure correct pricing
  • Assist with stock counts, deliveries, and inventory control
  • Handle customer queries, complaints, and returns professionally
  • Promote ongoing promotions, loyalty programs, and special offers
  • Comply with company policies, health and safety regulations, and loss prevention procedures
  • Support the store team to achieve sales targets and operational objectives
