Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible to prescribe & sell the decorative concrete on commercial and residential projects
  • Submit quotations to clients.
  • Advise the client on the technicalities of the decorative concrete (example preparation before casting, during casting and end of casting/finishing)
  • Organize and carry out meetings/Product presentation with the different stakeholders (Architects, Clients, Engineers and Project Management teams, Promoters).
  • Work in collaboration with the company planning/logistics team and site execution team prior to committing with casting dates of customers.
  • Attend to customer complaints and follow up solutions with the execution team.
  • Provide forecast of works to enable production team to order raw materials and consumables.
  • Prepare monthly and yearly budgets of the decorative segment.
  • Work closely with the production team to ensure availability of raw material
  • Follow-up on imported aggregates
  • Work closely with operational team(Placing)
  • Collaborate closely with R&D for new products

Candidates profile

  • At least Diploma (Bac+2) in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years in a commercial/technical function in Ready-mix.
  • Computer literate with good knowledge of Microsoft office tools.
  • Sound knowledge of the construction sector.
  • Knowledge of Manufactured concrete and value-added products.
  • Familiar with site execution and monitoring of deliveries.
  • Pragmatic with a constructive approach of interactions across the line.
  • Excellent organizational skills and planning.
  • Excellent communication skills both with proven ability to interact effectively with large teams.
  • Commercial drive with proven ability to build solid relationship with stakeholders.
  • Curious with good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Eager to learn with a drive to keep pace with technical and product evolution and trends.
  • Team player, ability to delegate and supervise with interest in people development.

Location: Geoffroy Bambous

Working Hours: Monday To Friday :08:00 - 17:00

                         Saturday: 08:00 - 12:00
