What Youll Bring

  • Leadership in large-scale pastry or bakery operations

  • Expertise in viennoiserie, laminated doughs, and patisserie

  • Experience with semi-automated systems and 24/7 production

  • Strong creativity, commercial acumen, and food safety knowledge
