Senior Lead Business Analyst

Our client, one of Sri Lanka's largest telecommunications service providers and the leading mobile network operator in the country, is seeking to hire a Senior Lead Business Analyst.

The Job:

• Lead a development team and ensure that the product aligns with stakeholder requirements by establishing internal acceptance criteria.
• Assess the feasibility of requirements, considering organizational vision, time, cost, and quality, while evaluating team dynamics and capability to deliver on expectations.
• Engage with customers to gather requirements and manage their expectations, ensuring that these are addressed while aligning with the organizational vision.
• Digitize product ownership for sales, marketing, GSD, and frontline operations.
• Map user requirements to a practical solution that is acceptable to all stakeholders while maintaining system integrity.
• Identify security threats, categorize them, and make informed decisions on security costs and implementation strategies.
• Provide strategic input for technology investments, assisting in the development of enterprise architecture to maximize ROI.
• Collaborate with the Architectural team to design functional, end-to-end solutions.
• Implement and maintain digital self-care platforms, including apps and automation tools for corporate customers.

The Person:

• Holds a BSc degree or professional qualification in Information Technology/Computer Science from a recognized university.
• An MBA is an added advantage.
• Minimum of 7+ years of experience in a similar role within a dynamic and high-pressure work environment.
• Relevant industry certifications are preferred.
• Strong experience in writing, reporting, analyzing, decision-making, and research.
