Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Campaign Strategy: Develop and execute impactful campaigns that drive traffic, downloads, and user engagement across digital platforms.
  • Data Analysis & Insights: Dive deep into consumer behavior and market trends to design targeted, cost-effective campaigns.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams—Marketing, Traffic Ops, and Business Intelligence—to bring campaigns to life and optimize performance.
  • E-commerce Optimization: Stay on top of e-commerce trends, manage promotions, and ensure campaigns align with revenue goals.
  • Budget Management: Allocate and track campaign budgets to maximize ROI, ensuring every dollar is spent wisely.
  • Performance Reporting: Prepare detailed performance reports to monitor campaign success and guide future strategies.
  • Creative Content Coordination: Collaborate with creative teams to ensure campaign materials are on-brand and resonate with the target audience.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless campaign execution and alignment with broader business objectives.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive efficiency and effectiveness in campaign planning and execution, leveraging insights and best practices.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years in marketing or business management, ideally within the telecommunications or digital marketing sector, with a proven track record of campaign success.
  • Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, BI Data Studio, Meta, and Google advertising tools.
  • Mindset: A strategic thinker with a passion for results, strong business acumen, and the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting insights and data clearly to stakeholders.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment and manage multiple projects at once.
