Senior Account Manager - Enterprise Mobility Management

Our client, one of Sri Lanka's largest telecommunications service providers and the leading mobile network operator, is seeking a Senior Account Manager to drive growth in Enterprise Mobility Management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop sales opportunities within existing large enterprise clients for emerging enterprise products.
  • Drive new business by understanding client needs and effectively communicating product and service benefits.
  • Enhance customer retention and revenue growth by leveraging existing relationships within the enterprise portfolio.
  • Present and demonstrate enterprise mobility solutions during client pitch meetings.
  • Plan and execute special sales activities and promotions to increase business penetration.
  • Analyze customer needs to recommend suitable products and solutions that align with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with technical, billing, and credit departments to ensure smooth sales operations.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to develop retention and growth strategies.
  • Achieve assigned revenue growth targets and sales goals (monthly, quarterly, annually).
  • Engage in sales forecasting and funnel management to support consistent sales closures.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to recommend product improvements.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction through regular client meetings and relationship maintenance.

Entry Requirements:

  • Degree in Marketing.
  • CIM (Chartered Institute of Marketing) or SLIM (Sri Lanka Institute of Marketing) certification.
  • MBA (Master of Business Administration) is a plus.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Enterprise Sales.
  • Strong knowledge of fixed and mobile communication services.
  • Good understanding of digital services.
