Our client, one of Sri Lanka's largest telecommunications service providers and the leading mobile network operator in the country, is seeking to hire a Lead Business Analyst.

The Job:

• Lead a team of Business Analysts, advocating for and implementing best practices within the BA discipline.
• Oversee development teams to ensure alignment with stakeholder requirements and internal acceptance criteria.
• Assess the feasibility of requirements concerning organizational vision, time, cost, and quality, while considering team capabilities.
• Maintain documentation standards according to BA practice guidelines, ensuring timeliness and usability.
• Map user requirements to effective solutions that meet stakeholder needs and fit within the ecosystem.
• Design solutions that comply with regulatory constraints and align with organizational goals.
• Act as the Subject Matter Expert and Single Point of Contact for all systems and solutions.
• Evaluate and address security threats, making informed decisions on cost and implementation to prevent breaches.
• Contribute to strategic technology investments and enterprise architecture to maximize ROI.
• Collaborate with the Architectural team to design comprehensive functional solutions and improve processes for maximum efficiency.

The Person:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent.
• Over 6 years of diverse BA work experience.
• Proficient in communication, presentation, and teamwork.
• Experienced in writing, reporting, analysis, and decision-making.
• Strong research and learning capabilities.
• Adaptable with a focus on following procedures and instructions.
