Join our client's team as a Digital Communications Specialist to create, promote, and manage compelling, high-impact content that engages readers, drives conversations, and maintains a positive brand image online. 

You will excel at putting together blogs, eBooks, info graphics, social media content, email marketing collateral, video scripts, and more. 

Additionally, you will monitor the effectiveness of implemented strategies to improve processes, thereby strengthening communication with customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with communication teams and collaborate with other interdepartmental teams/clusters on project implementation, engaging users across all interactive online platforms, both internal and external.
  • Build and implement social sharing strategies across the digital landscape, manage social media accounts/communities, and maintain high levels of engagement across different stakeholder groups via both internal and external channels.
  • Maintain relationships and work collaboratively with relevant key stakeholders and the management team to collate required information/material.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of implemented digital communication strategies, identify areas of improvement, and address them in a timely manner.
  • Set up and provide periodic performance dashboards across all online platforms, internal/external.
  • Regularly track relevant conversations in the digital space, flag necessary conversations and trends, and support report requirements and data analysis for the management team to assist in making informed decisions.
  • Support the team with the execution of the global PR strategy with data on relevant publishers and journalists to engage with and post-PR performance tracking.
  • Consolidate all internal digital communications platforms to create synergy and amplify engagement of internal stakeholders.
  • Manage the corporate website with regular updates and execute strategies to improve SEO performance, drive traffic, and generate business leads.

Qualifications, Experience, Skills, and Competencies

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in content marketing, digital marketing, and/or social media.
  • University degree/professional qualification in Digital Marketing, Digital Strategy, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of digital media platforms.
  • Excellent analytical skills to track performance metrics across various digital communications platforms.
  • Good communication and copywriting skills with a strong grasp of grammar, spelling, punctuation, and style.
  • Well-versed in all aspects of content marketing including content strategy, creation, promotion, and management.
  • Solid knowledge of content marketing best practices, SEO, writing for the web, and social media.
  • Design skills (Adobe Photoshop, InDesign & Illustrator) will be an added advantage.
  • A positive, “roll-up the sleeves” attitude with the intense drive to “make things happen.”
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects, multitask, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Video editing skills are considered an asset.
