Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Associate Lead - Business Growth to join their team. 

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving key business objectives related to revenue, reach, and conversion rates. 

You will support the formulation, implementation, tracking, and optimization of campaigns and programs within Customer Value Management (CVM), working closely with AI & ML teams to build robust consumer insights through advanced analytics.

You will also be responsible for customer segmentation to identify business opportunities and execute targeted marketing campaigns to drive retention, cross-selling, and upselling of products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive key business objectives: revenue growth, reach expansion, and improved conversion rates.
  • Formulate, implement, track, and optimize campaigns within Customer Value Management (CVM).
  • Build consumer insights through advanced analytics and collaborate with AI & ML teams.
  • Perform customer segmentation to identify opportunities based on ARPU, usage types, and app behavior.
  • Execute targeted marketing campaigns for retention management, cross-sell, and upsell initiatives.

Education Qualifications:

  • BSc degree in Marketing, Business Management, Statistics, or a related field.

Key Skills and Knowledge:

  • Experience in advanced analytics and data analysis.
  • Proficiency in advanced Excel, SQL, Tableau, and Power BI.
  • Strong analytical skills and an aptitude for data-driven decision making.
  • Experience in digital channel management and product management.
  • Strong prioritization, organization, and project management abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Innovative thinking and creative problem-solving skills.

Experience Required:

  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar capacity, preferably in customer lifecycle management.
  • Knowledge of business market concepts and principles.
  • Experience in advanced analytics, product management, digital channels, and payment systems or digital applications.
