Assistant Manager - Human Resources Development [On-site]
Location: Colombo 10, Sri Lanka
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Talent Attraction through innovative recruitment strategies.
- Establish partnerships with local and global academic and non-academic institutions.
- Oversee HR Operations and Administration.
- Execute Talent Management practices including Learning & Development, performance management, and career management.
- Foster HR business partnering through consistent engagement with the client’s talent.
- Support Employer Branding initiatives to boost talent attraction and retention.
- Integrate cutting-edge HR practices into the client’s talent landscape.
- Drive strategic HR initiatives to align with organizational goals.
Ideal Candidate:
- 4+ years of experience in Human Resource Development.
- HRD qualification or equivalent.
- Familiarity with global HR practices.
- Strong time and project management skills.
- Understanding of organizational design.
- Appreciation for technology and business integration.
- Passion for driving employee wellbeing.
- Ability to champion Social Sustainability initiatives.
Work Arrangement:
- On-site work. Weekdays only.
