Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Talent Attraction through innovative recruitment strategies.
  • Establish partnerships with local and global academic and non-academic institutions.
  • Oversee HR Operations and Administration.
  • Execute Talent Management practices including Learning & Development, performance management, and career management.
  • Foster HR business partnering through consistent engagement with the client’s talent.
  • Support Employer Branding initiatives to boost talent attraction and retention.
  • Integrate cutting-edge HR practices into the client’s talent landscape.
  • Drive strategic HR initiatives to align with organizational goals.

Ideal Candidate:

  • 4+ years of experience in Human Resource Development.
  • HRD qualification or equivalent.
  • Familiarity with global HR practices.
  • Strong time and project management skills.
  • Understanding of organizational design.
  • Appreciation for technology and business integration.
  • Passion for driving employee wellbeing.
  • Ability to champion Social Sustainability initiatives.

Work Arrangement:

  • On-site work. Weekdays only.
