Our client is seeking a Technical Support Agent to provide expert knowledge and technical assistance to the Indian market. This role involves engaging with end-users via phone and email, with full training provided.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients through phone and email, delivering exceptional technical support.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries efficiently.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Hindi (required) and strong communication skills in English.
• Eagerness to learn; training will be provided.
• Experience in customer service or technical support is an advantage.

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Salary: Up to LKR 100,000 (based on experience and qualifications)
