Senior Executive / Executive - Recruitment and Onboarding

Responsibilities:

  • Create job adverts based on templates defined by the client to attract suitable candidates.
  • Publish job adverts both internally and externally using various platforms such as our internal job portal, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.
  • Direct all job applications to the centralized career’s portal.
  • Identify candidates who have applied to multiple job postings and manage their applications accordingly.
  • Maintain the CV bank ensuring it is up-to-date and organized.
  • Conduct first-level CV shortlisting to identify potential candidates for further evaluation.
  • Schedule interviews using the client's system and organize interviewers and interviewees.
  • Collect and document interview feedback, updating the repository for future reference.
  • Send rejection notes to candidates : selection notes or rejection notes.
  • Update CV black-listing and repository as necessary to maintain data accuracy.
  • Coordinate interviews, including second interviews, cross-functional interviews, interviews with seniors in the organization.
  • Provide onboarding assistance to successful candidates, guiding them through mandatory documents and onboarding form filling processes.
  • Collaborate with partners to ensure a smooth transition for new hires into the organization.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and onboarding processes, implementing improvements where necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in recruitment and onboarding, preferably in a similar industry or sector.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment methodologies and best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
