Our client is looking for a highly skilled CRM Executive/Specialist to join their dynamic team! This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about customer experience and digital transformation in a data-driven environment.
As a CRM Executive/Specialist, you'll support the Digital Communications Manager and Customer Engagement Manager in the creation, maintenance, and reporting of Emails, SMS, WhatsApp, and Direct Mail (DM) campaigns across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Email Campaigns: Build and edit emails using Dreamweaver & HTML
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud: Create and manage campaigns and journeys for both one-off weekly sends and automated lifecycle campaigns
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with key business stakeholders to ensure projects are aligned with strict guidelines and compliance standards
- Reporting: Provide detailed campaign-level reports, including monthly costs and mailing volumes for DM channels
- Brand Consistency: Collaborate with the Brand team to ensure email materials align with other channels and brand guidelines
- Proofing and Data Integrity: Compare numeric and written data on proofs/direct mail samples against original data files
- Direct Mail Setup: Set up direct mail variables for customer selections using FastStats
- PO Management: Accurately input purchase order requests in Sage X3 and assist with filing invoices
About You:
- Experience: Minimum 2 years’ experience in a marketing environment, with a focus on CRM and digital communications
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and AMP script; a working knowledge of CRM platforms, ideally Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Communication: Strong communication skills to manage relationships with various stakeholders
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy when working with data and proofs
- Flexibility & Adaptability: Ability to work under pressure and handle a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Time Management: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Work Schedule:
- Shift-based: 2 days UK hours, 3 days working to Sri Lanka hours, with 2 days working from home
