Product Manager – Postpaid & Enterprise Business – Media & Content
We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead the Postpaid & Enterprise Business segment for Media & Content at a leading telecom company. In this role, you’ll be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing churn, and ensuring the success of innovative products.
Key Responsibilities:
Optimize Revenue: Maximize revenue streams for the Postpaid business and identify new channels for future growth.
Product Innovation: Lead the roll-out of strategies for innovative products, working closely with cross-functional teams.
Market Leadership: Maintain brand dominance and a 70% market share in the television industry.
Churn Management: Develop and implement churn reduction strategies, using data to pinpoint causes and enhance management.
Customer Loyalty: Oversee subscriber base through loyalty initiatives, extend customer journeys, and build long-term network loyalty.
Performance Tracking: Monitor product performance, make necessary adjustments, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Competitive Analysis: Analyze the competitive landscape to identify gaps, expand market presence, and protect market share.
Business Strategy: Propose new business models and recommend product strategies that drive revenue and market share.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Physical Science, Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
Experience: 10-12 years in product management, ideally within telecom, media, or related industries.
Skills:
Knowledge of Economics, Accounting, and Business Statistics.
Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership abilities.
