Senior Executive - Group Assurance

We are partnering with our client to hire a Senior Executive - Group Assurance. 

In this role, you will:

Execute tasks related to group life insurance operations, including underwriting and claims assessment.
Utilize your expertise in medical underwriting to evaluate risks and analyze medical data for informed, accurate decision-making.
Collaborate with reinsurers to coordinate underwriting and claims decisions.

The Ideal Candidate:

Educational Background: GCE (A/L) in Science, Mathematics, or Commerce, or a degree in a relevant field from a reputable university/institute.

Certifications: Full/partial qualification in a Diploma in Insurance (CII/SLII) or equivalent is an advantage.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years in medical underwriting and life insurance operations. Claims experience is a plus.

Skills: Proficient in English and Sinhala, with strong MS Office skills.
