Senior Sales Planner
Join our client, a leading telecommunications provider, as a Senior Sales Planner, responsible for driving enterprise sales objectives across all products.
This role involves planning, implementation, performance tracking, and evaluation of sales strategies to meet growth targets and expand market share.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end tactical planning and execution of sales initiatives, including quarterly promotions and trade/sales activities.
- Counter competitor activities to maintain market leadership and growth momentum.
- Set targets for all products within the sales hierarchy and conduct periodic tracking, reporting, and evaluation of performance.
- Respond to market changes by aligning sales planning with the company’s strategic objectives.
- Analyze market and district potential for all products, maintaining historical data and gathering market intelligence for target setting.
- Maintain strong communication with regional and district stakeholders to ensure alignment and informed strategic planning.
- Develop target-setting mechanisms using a bottom-up and top-down approach, incorporating market potential and competitive information.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Statistics or a related field from a recognized university.
- Professional qualification in CIMA/ACCA/CMA is preferred.
- Has 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within a dynamic environment.
- Possesses strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Demonstrates creativity in thinking and campaign execution.
- Willing to work long hours to meet business needs.
