Our client is looking for a a talented Manager of HR Business Partnering and Talent Management to oversee and manage all aspects of HR talent management at both local and international levels. This pivotal role will contribute to the development of HR strategies, guide HR Business Partners in delivering strategic solutions, ensure policy compliance, and enhance employee experience, morale, and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee HR talent management across all locations, ensuring compliance and strategic alignment.
- Manage key functions such as Performance Management, Recruitment, and executive promotions.
- Facilitate the annual Talent Management plan in alignment with strategic goals.
- Oversee Training & Development for senior employees globally, managing internal promotions, training processes, and succession planning.
- Develop and implement the annual Talent Management plan, including HR Hoshin and budget preparation.
- Advise on career management, succession planning, and talent retention strategies.
- Integrate risk management strategies into organizational culture.
- Lead the Business Partnering team, providing strategic guidance to align human capital strategies with business goals.
- Manage all HR processes and policies, collaborate with global HR teams, and coach managers on employee relations.
- Oversee budgeting processes, manpower planning, and recruitment efforts.
- Drive Talent Management execution and employee engagement initiatives.
- Manage employee lifecycle activities and partner with Talent Development to enhance management skills.
Experience and Skills:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR or an equivalent qualification.
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar HR role, preferably with exposure to international HR management.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Solid business acumen with a deep understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and industry standards.
- Proficiency in IT and HR systems.
- Ability to travel as required.
