Senior Executive - BSS & Fintech Operations

Our client, a leading telecommunications company, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Executive for their BSS & Fintech Operations team. This critical role ensures that incident and problem management processes are followed and executed effectively across various software systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely resolution of complaints/issues related to systems within defined SLAs.
  • Manage customer complaints effectively, maintaining expected resolution times.
  • Post billing dispute waivers and correct data to maintain system integrity.
  • Follow up on incidents until closure to avoid delays.
  • Share incident updates with L1 leads for visibility on resolution progress.
  • Adhere to incident management procedures for compliance.
  • Provide accurate solutions to resolve incidents and offer support for problem resolution.
  • Coordinate with L2 support teams and vendors to resolve issues.
  • Prepare statistical and operational reports, conduct system health checks, and troubleshoot incidents.
  • Monitor system uptime and provide reports as required.
  • Participate in system deployments, user acceptance testing (UAT), and gather requirements to bridge operational gaps.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Software Development, IT, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Linux, SQL, and Cloud environments.
  • Experience in software system configurations, troubleshooting, development, and integration.
  • Familiar with systems such as DMS, PMS, Star Points, JIRA, Mobile Applications, CTM, OneCRM, and Bizcare.
