Manager - Enterprise Product Pricing
We are seeking an experienced Manager - Enterprise Product Pricing for a leading telecommunications service provider in Sri Lanka.
The Job:
- Lead the development and implementation of pricing strategies to maximize revenue and profitability across various products and markets.
- Analyze pricing data, market trends, and customer segments to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Collaborate with senior management to align pricing objectives with overall business goals.
- Partner with sales and product teams to develop pricing guidelines, discount policies, and optimize pricing structures.
- Conduct competitive analysis to monitor market dynamics and inform pricing decisions.
- Develop business cases for new products, including profitability templates and standard price cards for large enterprises.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and conduct scenario analysis to improve pricing effectiveness.
- Manage and coach team performance, ensuring engagement and development for future growth.
- Ensure compliance with operational procedures through audits and validate financial proposals.
- Advise management on pricing decisions and resolve pricing disputes with sales teams.
The Person:
- BSc in Accounting, Finance, Marketing, or a professional qualification such as CIMA, ACCA, CMA, or CA.
- An MBA is an added advantage.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar capacity.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and mentor a high-caliber team.
- Excellent analytical skills and an outgoing, pleasant personality.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment, manage multiple tasks, and work within limited time frames.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are vital competencies.
