Head of Brands - Trade Marketing & Services

Our client, a leading telecommunications service provider and one of the largest mobile network operators in the country, is seeking a talented individual to lead their trade marketing efforts!

The Job:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive strategies for the respective category that align with overall brand objectives.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats within the category.
  • Collaborate with business units for new product development and ensure brand standards from Go-to-Market execution on time and in full.
  • Responsible for annual budget planning and effectively managing allocated budgets.
  • Develop communication strategies with the brands team and ensure efficient execution.
  • Conduct post-campaign evaluations to measure performance against ROI and KPIs.
  • Create high-quality marketing materials that align with brand standards.
  • Develop overall trade marketing strategy to maintain leadership in Share of Visibility, Share of Noticeability, and retailer NPS.
  • Ensure efficient quarterly execution of trade marketing strategies.
  • Maintain strong relationships with the regional sales team and conduct periodic audits on brand visibility and noticeability.

The Person:

  • Degree or relevant professional qualification in Marketing; MBA/MSc preferred.
  • 10-12 years of experience in Brand Management, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial role.
  • Experience in Trade Marketing, including trade visibility and retailer loyalty programs, is advantageous.
  • Knowledgeable in Advertising, Sales, and Marketing.
  • Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix.
  • Highly creative with the ability to think outside the box.
  • Skilled in identifying target audiences and devising engaging campaigns.
  • Proven ability to develop effective brand and marketing strategies.
  • Advanced communication and interpersonal skills.
