Join our client, a leading telecommunications provider, as a Technical Account Manager, where you will be the single point of contact for all tech-related pre-sales, post-sales, and operational support for select customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary liaison for customers, understanding their requirements and assisting the Enterprise Sales Executive (ESE) in providing optimal solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with sales teams to acquire new customers and introduce innovative solutions from Business Units (BUs).
  • Support operational teams in resolving technical issues and ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Propose futuristic solutions that align the client’s network with customer networks for mutual benefit.
  • Analyze current customer network performance and proactively identify potential issues.
  • Engage in discussions with customers and internal stakeholders to implement preventive measures.
  • Assess network performance and recommend necessary changes.
  • Understand and develop new customer requirements, assisting solution engineers in designing tailored solutions.
  • Keep customers informed about industry trends and best practices.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Holds a B.Sc. in Engineering or an MSc in Telecommunications or IT, with 3-5 years of relevant experience; or
  • Possesses NDES/NDT/HNDE or an MSc in Telecommunications or IT, with 8-10 years of experience in telecommunications.
  • Demonstrates strong technical knowledge and customer relationship skills.
