We are currently seeking a Senior Business Analyst for a prominent player in the telecommunications sector.

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to analyze, design, and implement innovative digital banking solutions that enhance customer experiences and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Requirements Gathering: Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and objectives related to digital banking products (payments, wallets, loans, etc.).
  • Business Process Mapping: Analyze, document, and optimize business processes across digital financial products.
  • Solution Design: Collaborate with product teams and engineers to propose digital banking solutions that meet both business goals and customer needs.
  • User Stories & Documentation: Create detailed user stories, functional specs, and process flows for digital banking solutions.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the liaison between business stakeholders, product managers, and technical teams.
  • Data Analysis & Insights: Analyze data to identify trends and actionable insights for continuous product improvement.
  • Risk & Compliance Management: Ensure all digital banking solutions adhere to industry regulations, including payment security and data protection.
  • Testing & Validation: Work with QA teams to ensure that digital solutions meet business requirements and are rigorously tested.
  • Training & Support: Provide training and ongoing support to ensure successful adoption of new digital services by business users.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve digital banking services and operations using feedback, data, and best practices.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or related fields.
  • Experience: 5-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in Fintech, banking, telecommunications, or digital transformation roles.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of retail banking products, payment systems, mobile wallets, digital loans, and other financial services.
  • Methodologies: Proficiency in Agile and Scrum, with experience in managing product backlogs and user stories.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and data analysis skills with the ability to derive insights for actionable improvements.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Tools & Technology: Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and other business analysis platforms.
  • Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the telecommunications and fintech sectors, especially in banking digitization and regulatory standards.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with platforms that digitize retail banking services such as payments, digital wallets, or core banking systems.
  • Familiarity with emerging technologies like APIs, cloud platforms, and AI-driven financial solutions.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional teams.
