About This Role

What We're Looking For

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Transactions Partner with a portable book of business (ideally $750K+) and a background at an AmLaw 200 or elite boutique firm. You should be comfortable in an entrepreneurial, low-bureaucracy environment and have a track record of building a loyal client base and collaborating across practice areas. Experience with international clients or an interest in expanding into new geographic markets is a plus.

What You'll Do

• Service and grow your existing client base using a flexible, international platform.

• Take ownership of your practice with autonomy over billing rates, client development, and growth strategy.

• Work closely with partners in complementary practice areas such as Tax, Intellectual Property, Trusts & Estates, and Real Estate to drive cross-selling opportunities.

• Originate and manage a variety of corporate transactional matters, including:

  • Mergers & Acquisitions

  • Private Equity

  • Fund Formation

  • Capital Markets Transactions

• Leverage an international platform to expand client services globally.

• Contribute to the strategic growth of a core practice area.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience

• Experience as a Partner or Senior Counsel at a law firm

Work Arrangement

This is a fully remote position. Office space may be available in select markets for attorneys who prefer occasional in-office work.
