About This Role

Our client is seeking a Senior Media Buyer with 5+ years of hands-on Meta experience to own and scale a $1.5M-$3M+/month advertising account for a fast-growing direct-to-consumer healthcare brand.

You must have personally managed Meta budgets of $1M+/month for consumer brands, working directly in the platform every day. This is not an agency oversight role. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, metrics-driven, and comfortable discussing ROAS, CAC, attribution, and campaign architecture with senior leadership.

This is a high-autonomy, high-trust role where you will manage the account day-to-day and drive profitable growth across multiple international markets.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Own and operate Meta ad accounts hands-on daily, including campaign structure, budget pacing, bidding, and optimization
  • Manage advertising spend across multiple markets at $1.5M-$3M+/month
  • Scale spend profitably while maintaining target ROAS and CAC metrics
  • Support spend decisions with clear performance data and analysis
  • Partner closely with creative teams to translate performance signals into actionable creative briefs and testing frameworks
  • Collaborate with conversion optimization teams on funnel and landing page improvements
  • Report performance metrics and insights to executive leadership
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, growth, and campaign performance


Qualifications

  • 3-10 years of experience
  • 5+ years of hands-on Meta media buying experience
  • Experience managing Meta budgets of $1M+/month or more
  • Experience with DTC/B2C consumer brands
  • Strong analytical and performance marketing skills
  • Deep understanding of ROAS, CAC, attribution, and scaling strategies


Compensation

  • Base Salary: $150,000-$250,000
  • Competitive equity package
  • Higher compensation available for exceptional candidates

  • Must be available for team calls during early Pacific Time hours
