Job Title: Paid Media Specialist (Meta & Google)
Location: Remote
Reports To: Director of Growth
Work Shift: US Eastern Time (EST)
Working Hours: Part-Time (20 hours/week) with potential to grow into Full-Time
Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Paid Media Specialist to support our growing performance marketing team by executing and managing paid media campaigns across Meta and Google Ads.
As our agency continues to grow, we're looking for someone who can help our senior media buying team execute the day-to-day work involved in managing multiple ecommerce clients. You'll be responsible for campaign builds, optimizations, quality assurance, reporting, and other execution-focused tasks that allow our strategists to focus on higher-level planning and client growth.
This role is responsible for launching campaigns, building ads, implementing optimizations, monitoring campaign performance, organizing assets, and maintaining advertising accounts across multiple clients. You'll work closely with our Director of Growth and senior media buyers while gaining exposure to brands ranging from high-growth startups to internationally recognized ecommerce companies.
This is not a senior strategic media buying role. You won't be expected to own client strategy or lead client relationships. Instead, we're looking for someone who can confidently execute campaigns with minimal supervision, proactively identify issues, and become a reliable extension of our media buying team.
As we continue to scale, there will be opportunities to take on greater ownership and grow into a more strategic media buying position.
